Housing on Tap: Acting Locally On Zoning


Join Housing Affordability Institute on Thursday, Nov. 30, at Wandering Leaf Brewing Company in Saint Paul for a discussion with local leaders who championed local zoning reform efforts this year.

The event features Richfield City Council Member Sean Hayford Oleary and Luke Hanson of Sustain Saint Paul. Council Member Hayford Oleary led from the front when Richeifled implemented its modest densification policy earlier this year. Sustain Saint Paul is the grassroots advocacy group that organized the large coalition supporting the City of Saint Paul’s reform initiative passed last month.
