Nicholas Erickson is executive director of the Housing Affordability Institute, managing programming focused on expanding homeownership opportunities through more effective housing policy. He has guided the organization’s programming since 2018, advancing work on
regulatory reform and housing supply.
He holds a degree in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of
Business and was a Policy Fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
